The intersection of fitness & fashion.

Boutique in the front • fitness studio in the back

Cycle of Heart sources women's apparel, accessories, Consuela bags, and thoughtful gifts for friends and family.

Behind the shop is a workout studio where we host yoga, Juvo board workouts, and cycling classes for all fitness levels.

Our Conception

Cycle of Heart was born out of a desire to create a space that welcomes all bodies. We don't see the need for comparison and competition in a space like the studio.

Throughout her life, Anna Alessi–coach, owner, and founder–didn't feel like she felt completely welcome in the fitness space.

We think there is something beautiful about each person having their own unique workout, but everyone is working together and feeding off each other's energy and example.

As a small business, we recognize the need to care for those in our backyard. Cycle of Heart has made it a focus to collaborate, participate, and create events with the purpose of giving back to our local community.

Women-owned businesses tend to be more collaborative and add huge value to the community by creating more jobs and generating revenue.

Whether you join us in-store or for a sweat in the studio, we are so grateful for the opportunity to serve our beloved KC/Liberty community.

Cycle of Heart is not a franchise! We're a brick-and-mortar storefront with a boutique in the fron and a workout studio in the back.

Studio Experience

Our space is dimly lit with the golden orange glow of Himalayan salt lamps. The music bumps just loud enough to drown out any doubts. Stressors of the day slip away as you pedal to the beat.

We have a variety of regularly scheduled class formats led by certified coaches who have their own unique coaching styles.

You'll find some hip-hop heads, pop queen fiends, and throwback lovers, but no matter the music, each member of our team is there to guide you in a fun, safe, and sweaty class.

There are no mirrors, no metrics, and no judgment at the studio. All levels are welcome, and everyone's first class is free!
