    My class is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get.  Although, I do usually try to break the 45-minutes into three stages; each consisting of an endurance, hill, and sprint.  My music is a mix of up beat/fast tempo Top 40 as well as some throwbacks to the late 90’s and early 00’s. I promise to push you through the ride and remind you that you can do anything that out your mind into!

    My class is fun, intense, full of good vibes, and scalable for all levels of difficulty. There will be a small weights section but, as with the rest of my ride, you can take it at your own pace. Not into weights? Cool, you can just use your arms and follow the movement! Choreography getting to be too much? All I ask is you don't stop and keep moving your legs to the beat, whether that be seated or standing.

    Cycle classes to me are high impact and challenging, but take me to a spiritual level and make me feel elevated when I leave. You cannot beat that feeling! It's a party on wheels! I love to make my classes extremely fun as well as empowering. Get ready to laugh a ton and feel as confident as Beyonce when you leave!

    Friends, I am so excited to work with you!  I believe there is strength in beauty and beauty in strength and all shapes and sizes are beautiful. Let's take care of our bodies by moving and feeding them well, not because we hate them but because we love them. We'll build each other up and become stronger together.  My hope is that you leave my classes feeling challenged, refreshed, motivated, and ready to tackle anything that comes your way.

    While no class is ever the same, there are a few predictables. The invitation to connect more mindfully with your body through descriptive alignment cues are a consistent part of class with me! That, and a random joke to keep us from taking ourselves too seriously. In all fairness, I try to balance out the structure of an intentional class with playfulness because having fun is key. The goal is to progress while also enjoying the process!! I love a good remix of an old favorite. But my music playlists are ever-evolving!

    I like to do a mix of things in my classes. There are always sprints and usually at least one hill. I do like to use weights for some basic shoulder exercises. We often do one song of jumps. I usually make my playlist from the Top 40 but will throw in some 80s from time to time. I was a college cheerleader and have been coaching cheerleading for years so that is my style of coaching and energy - positive and wanting everyone involved!

    I’ve been a part of many aspects of the fitness industry including personal training for the past 7 years and teaching strength and HIIT classes, but I’ve really found my passion in cycling and finding unique music to make it feel like a dance party, just on bikes! My classes will have songs and remixes you’ve never heard before and will hopefully bring a giggle and a wiggle from everyone in the room. I don’t like to take things too seriously and structure my classes and create choreography that will make you laugh and be a little glad the lights are low in the studio. I can’t wait to meet you and to be a tool to assist you in your fitness journey!

    Hi guys!! I'm Amanda and I'm addicted to spin class. 😂 I refer to my classes as a buffet- we do it all- sprints, climbs, endurance rides, jumps, and sometimes I throw in arms for good measure.     Get ready to ride to the rhythm! The beat of the song drives our cadence and drills.  I like to go back and forth from weighted climbs and drills to faster paced sprints and intervals. You’ll get a good workout, but it’ll feel like a party on the bike! Come party with us!!!
