At Cycle of Heart the belief is simple: We are meant to live connected- to God and to each other. Everything we create is in love, community and a desire to help people show up, feel seen, and grow in their faith.

Our Beliefs
Cycle of Heart is rooted in the Catholic faith and deeply values the beauty of tradition, sacrament, and community. At the same time, we joyfully support and collaborate with Christian churches and communities of all kinds- because our mission is bigger than denomination.
We are united by one goal: Helping people grow closer to God.
Our Story
Cycle of Heart began as a brick-and-mortar wellness and lifestyle brand—but from the very beginning, it was never just about a space.
It was about people showing up. From 2019 to 2024, we built something special together:
- Sunrise outdoor workouts that filled your cup before the day even began
- Pop-up trailer experiences that brought energy and connection into the community
- Women’s retreats that created space for laughter, growth, and real conversations
- Fundraisers and service initiatives that gave back to local families and food banks
There was movement.
There was joy.
There was connection.
And underneath it all… God was moving.
Because what we were really building wasn’t a business.
It was a community of hearts coming together.
Then something shifted. We started to look around and realized—there were so many incredible things already happening across Kansas City. Churches were hosting powerful events. Communities were gathering. Lives were being changed.
And we kept asking: How do we spread the word to make these events even bigger? How do we centralize the events and help them be more accessible instead of siloed?
Because if this was going to be bigger—if it was truly about connection, faith, and community—
It couldn’t stay in one place.
The vision was expanding.
The mission was growing.
And God was making it clear: The bigger vision was never the space—it was the joined hearts.
Because one of the most important things we can do in our faith and in our lives is simple: SHOW UP.
Show up to the gathering.
Show up for the conversation.
Show up for the moments God has for you.
Cycle of Heart is now a place to find those moments.
A place to connect.
A place to gather.
A place to grow closer to God—together.
Because this was never about building something in one place…It’s about bringing people together everywhere.
